Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective padding is used for frames and components.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
